SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At VEROLO, we aim to deliver your mobile accessories quickly and safely across Pakistan. We partner with reliable courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, and Panther Logistics to ensure prompt delivery.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Fixed delivery fee of PKR  250 on all nationwide orders.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders above PKR  2,999

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Gazetted Holidays).

  • Delivery Time:

    • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2 to 3 working days.

    • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched via TCS, Leopards, or Panther, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a Tracking ID and direct tracking link so you can monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • Please ensure your provided contact number and shipping address are complete and accurate.

  • Courier riders will call or SMS before attempting delivery. Please keep exact cash ready upon parcel arrival.

  • Important: Customers are requested not to open the parcel before making the payment to the courier rider. If there is any issue with the product inside, please contact our support team immediately under our 7-Day Return/Exchange Policy.

5. Undelivered / Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address or customer unavailability after 2-3 delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply for dispatching the parcel again.
